Meet up was at Chequers Hotel at 9am for a 9.30am departure, What a perfect day for a drive.

Airing down, what a great turn out!

Once we aired down we headed off to checkout Sapper RD . On the way we passed threw a few puddles .

The last time we tried to go down Sapper Rd we didn’t get very far . The track was very washed out so we had to turn around but not before winching out one vehicle. This time, Clive who had been down the track a week ago, said the track was better. So we all went down Sapper Rd to the Avon river.

Next we headed off towards Mandoon camp ground . Some of the tracks had been graded so not as much fun as previous times .

As we pasted The Royal Retreat Campsite there was a couple of guys with a Pajero with a flat battery and flat jump starter pack. So we stopped and help get his car started.

Back on the move we passed Mandoon camp site on our way to the finish.
